Construction Engineer

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manages the architectural design process by assessing the scope of the project through review.
• Develop standardized architectural design for stores within budgets in alignment with specifications defined by the business development manager.
• Store redesign to maintain a higher quality image.
• Plan annual budget for stores maintenance.
• Performs detailed engineering calculations to draw up construction specifications necessary grounding.
• Responsible for contractor's selection and contracts to maintain projects.
• Maintain strong working relationships with contractors and outlet manager.
• Responsible to implement leading brand identity practices, standards and procedures in all channel outlets.
• Follow up with the contractors and provide the management with the progress status report.
• Ensure maintainability & reliability of equipment, buildings, & facilities to achieve a high level of asset preservation.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Architecture engineering or an equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in architectural design and project supervision
• Extensive exposure in restaurant design and background in material estimation is preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
