Executive Assistant

Job Location : UAE

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, coordinate meetings and set up appointments.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with company customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders, in both written and verbal communication.
• Write, edit, and proofread correspondence, articles, presentations, web site publications and reports, and provide high attention to detail in all communication.
• Oversee the flow of information internally, with other departments and organizations.
• Track availability of Executive Team members and assist with itineraries, flights, bookings and other travel needs.
• Coordinate relocation of employees to the UAE.
• Maintain records and gather documents, ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide research assistance and prepare reports.
• Attend meetings, participate, record, prepare and distribute meeting notes.
• Respond to general telephone inquiries in a professional manner, screening calls, handling appropriately and relaying telephone messages
• Assist with organizing events such as conferences, meetings and other special events.
• Order office supplies, computer equipment and other items for the Executive Office.
• Undertake other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required.
• Assist the CEO on a personal basis, as required Technical Requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams.
• General computer and office equipment skills.
