Executive Chef
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
• With full knowledge and charge of all kitchen operations, including preparing dishes, managing kitchen staff, and inventory management.
• An executive chef also cooperates with the restaurant manager and banquet manager to prepare special menus for casual and fine dining events.
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff's activities.
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
• Manage food costing and inventory.
• Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
• Ability to Skilfully Multitask.
• With A Valid UAE Drivers License
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management Hotel & Restaurant (is a must) (or related /equivalent)
