Customer Engagement Agent
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound calls, including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers
• Answering or making calls to clients addressing their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
• Follow communication 'scripts' when handling the different scenario
• Manage a Large number of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint admire
• Attending all quires by Marketing challenge by different methods of contacts
• Determining the cause of the problem
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures set by PSI
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Expediting correction or adjustment
• Checking web portals for our advertisement.
• Making a proposal for the lowest market price of the property
Qualifications:
• 1 year Proven customer support experience
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to learn and navigate the new software quickly
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Communicates in a respectful manner (verbal, written, and body language),
• Gives feedback in a constructive way,
• Encourages others to give him feedback and work on it.
