Role - Internal Audit Manager:
Brief about the role:

i. The role will require the candidate to lead large complex engagements or multiple mid-sized engagements in operations environment. It will involve running and managing engagements and delivering the objectives agreed with the Audit HoD.
ii. The role will manage mid-size team in the delivery of services. The ability to engage and communicate with onshore stakeholders and engagement teams with good people management skills and experience are therefore essential, with a demonstrated track record of having successfully led large teams in an operation environment.
iii. 75% individual contributor and 25% team management role

Key Responsibility:

i. Preparing the Audit plan
ii. Drafting Process & Control Documentation through Risk & Control Matrices, Flowcharts and SOPs
iii. Report drafting and Finalizations along with the Management comments
iv. Follow up and Closure of open action points
v. Preparing Audit committee slides
vi. Data Analytics and visualization
vii. Aim to operate at industry best practice level, where applicable and initiate & support process improvements to achieve higher levels of efficiency & effectiveness to maximize productivity gains and achieve consistency in delivery across various projects or reviews.
viii. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business.

Experience: Internal Audit experience of 8-10 years

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

i. Preferred background in contracting industry, with exposure to SAP environment and Risk Management,
ii. Previously managed a team of 3-4 people
