"Operation Coordinator / Personal Secretary / Office Admin" for a reputed Dairy Manufacturing company in a GCC Country.

Salary : OMR 500 - 600 + Free Food and Accommodation + over time after 8 hours per day / 5 days in a week + 30 days paid leave yearly.

Qualification : MBA (Manufacturing / Operations Management) preferred.

Valid GCC driver’s license is an added advantage.

Experience : Min 5 - 15 years ( 3 years FMCG or Manufacturing companies experience is compulsory)

Skills :

Reports directly to Chief Manufacturing Officer
• Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
• Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Ensures all phone calls for CMFO are handled in a professional manner.
• Respond efficiently to emails, fax and other forms of communication.
• Manages calendar of the CMFO.
• Books appointments and meetings for the CMFO.
• Makes travel and hotel reservations for the CMFO or any of his guests.
• Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
