Office Staff
Job Location : Bahrain
Description :
• Assist the Accountant in day to day activities from 9am to 2pm
• Encodes Daily Sales
• Checks and encodes Staff Biometrics Attendance and coordinates to Operation Manager
• Encodes Amount of Invoices in Excel (min 2 and max 5 nos/day )
• Double checks Operations petty cash
• Updates Company Expiries
• Prepares Payslips
• Assist in Inventory Stock taking and Encodes Inventory/ Wastage & Staff Meal Sheets
• Sends Request SOA to suppliers
• Coordinates Staff Concerns
• Scans documents /mostly staff docs and files
• Prepares ID's requirements for New and Renewal (staff and vehicles)
• Sends to owners documents for signature
• Prepares Visa documents requirements for New staff
• Reports Utility issues (EWA, STC, BATELCO, AC, FURNITURES)
• Checks Air Tickets for staff vacation
• Post hiring and schedules interview as needed
Requirements:
• Need experience
