Job Description:
EBS Technical Resources Skills for HCM and Finance (Shared)
Professional work experience in Oracle E-Business Suite worked in full cycle implementations as a EBS Techno Functional in HCM, SCM and Finance Modules in Telecommunication domain.
Ability to support day-to-day Oracle EBS technical support tasks to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Strong knowledge in EBS Interface development with 3rd party Application.
Coordinating Severity Request TAR’s / SR with Oracle and Other OEM’s. Data Conversion from Legacy System.
Has handled the ‘Data Conversion’ Phase during the Implementation including the import of EBS Entitles.
Involve in development and design of Reports, planning the value sets for the concurrent program parameters and in registering the reports in applications.
Involve in Interfaces Development. Involved in the design and Implementation of Internal projects.

Functional Knowledge Basic Knowledge: -
• Coordinate with the functional team, convert functional inputs to technical specs and be able to perform technical activities independently.

• Coordinate with onsite project lead for technical development. Requirement:
• Min of 5-8 Years of Experience in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR as Techno Functional
• Should have good experience in writing Fast Formula’s
• Good Experience on Oracle Forms & Reports, XML / BI Publisher Reporting Tools, Interfaces (outbound /Inbound) and Workflow
• Good Experience in configuring AME for Leave approvals etc
• Expected to have very good Functional & Technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits and Compensation
• Should have worked in 4 or more Oracle HRMS Implementation or Support projects.
• Should have experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules - Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
• Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT etc.
• Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team management skills and experience.
• Should have excellent Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, problem solving, solution
• Oracle E-Business Suite Project Skills
• Conduct requirement analysis, business process alignment, and develop feasibility studies
• Design & implement Integration Architecture
• Design & implementation of To-Be solution for impacted systems
