Position-Lead- Project Control Assurance

Qualification & Age Group

Bachelor / Master in Engineering and additional preferred qualification of Primavera, PMP .- This position follows the HSE policies and procedures set by the company. Age up to 45 maximum

• Lead- Project Control Assurance performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects and ensures that projects are in line with established objectives and standards, achieving team outcomes, tasks, and priorities.
• Responsible for establishing planning and project control systems at unit and project level as per the guidelines laid out in Management Systems Procedures. Responsible to ensure the project control assurance systems are implemented and revised as and when required based on circumstances with justifications.


• Revise the Management Systems Procedures related to Project Management/ Project Control as and when required.
• Design and implement project controls systems and platforms for schedule control, cost control, schedule risk management, change control, reporting and integration.
• Establishing and implementation of systems for monitoring and controlling of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) at project level. Monitor and report to Management the SPI and CPI Dashboard on monthly basis. Take corrective actions in coordination with projects for any –ve deviation in SPI and CPI.
• Guide site planning team to implement the Prime Activity Based Costing in projects and its monitoring for variance. Frequent site visits to analyse the cause for -ve variance with budget and suggest/ guide in implementing corrective actions.
