Eligibility:

• Proven work experience as an operations agent or in a related position.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with teams and handle multiple projects.
• BS in Logistics or Supply Chain or any relevant field.
• Good communication skills in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
• Can coordinate with delivery riders and manage day-to-day operations.
• Flexible with shifts
