Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the overall business goals.
• Plan, create content and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, website etc.)
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Create, plan and organise marketing calendars.
• Update and manage posts on all social media accounts and respond to followers/ clients.
• Promote properties by posting advertisements on multiple listing platforms like Property Finder etc.
• Collaborate with content creators to support and update our website design.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations as advised by the sales director.
• Manage SEO/SEM for the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead conversion goals.
• Work closely with different departments to meet business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Details :

• Degree in Marketing with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Previous work experience in real estate industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media , SEO/SEM and online advertising.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborate team environment.
