Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines for real estate projects, ensuring consistency in design across all materials.
• Design digital marketing materials that effectively showcase real estate properties, emphasising their unique features and value propositions.
• Responsible for understanding requirements, visualising, and creating visuals for various purposes like social media, websites, presentations etc
• Capture photos and videos of properties and agents to meet the online marketing needs.
• Edit photos and videos to create suitable content using various softwares and tools.
• Update and modify our website as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate agents, and marketing professionals to align design efforts with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or content creation , with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design softwares
• Strong ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge and experience in branding
• Experience in photo and video editing.
