Reservations Agent

Job Description :
• Must be well conversant with the company's standards Policies and procedures.
• Having knowledge of entire reservations procedure according outlet manual system.
• Provide update to reservation systems (SevenRooms) and process all requests.
• Handling the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms.
• Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations.
• Responding to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details.
• Advising customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience.
• Answering questions regarding menu, facilities, rates, and events.
• Observes and ensures that proper telephone manners are maintained at all times.
• Following up tentative bookings and update reservation system.
• Reviewing no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to policy.
• Relay special bookings e.g., engagements; anniversaries; birthdays; etc. to management.
• Ensure that the guidelines and procedures defined by the management are well understood and fully complied with.
• Actively participate in training programs.
