Our client helps a leading Proptech company in UAE & Southern Europe is now looking for efficient Customer Success/ Client Service roles to manage our growing client portfolio.

The Job
Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Being up to date with company products and services.
Train and educate clients on company products/services and the best practices.
Client onboarding
Upselling and identifying new business opportunities
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Answering questions over email, phone calls, & live video calls.
Finding ways to go above & beyond to help customers

Ideal Candidate
2 to 5 years experience in a Customer support role within a SaaS product organization
Empathy, and patience.
Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
Previous experience at a start-up.
Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Databases, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Experience working with support/service software
Available to work on different regional timelines
