Junior Fashion Designer cum Production Admin Support
Responsibilities:
Design Documentation and Style Sheet Oversight:
Technical Design Maestro:
• Create precise technical drawings, specifications, and style sheets to effectively communicate design details to production teams, master tailors, and cutters.
• Ensure meticulous documentation for pattern making, garment construction, and overall design execution, ensuring impeccable outcomes that align with customer choices and preferences.
Workroom Target Strategist:
• Monitor and track monthly workroom targets, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Develop strategies to optimize workroom efficiency and productivity.
• Fashion Industry Expert:
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, industry developments, and KIZA Bespoke product offerings.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge to confidently address walk-in customer inquiries and align their choices with the brand’s vision.
• Deputy Customer Experience Specialist:
• Ensuring continuity in customer service excellence.
• Manage customer inquiries and requests with the same level of professionalism and brand alignment.
Admin Support Specialist:
Costing and Coordination Coordinator:
• Maintain meticulous records of in-house costs against each order.
• Collaborate closely with the master tailor to ensure precise costing coordination.
• Order Fulfilment and Delivery Strategist:
• Oversee customer order delivery tracking and arrange efficient processes to streamline order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
• Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the order fulfilment process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Specialist:
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of small Ready-to-Wear (RTW) pieces for each fashion season.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across various departments.
Inventory and Samples Oversight:
• Maintain a comprehensive record of fabrics to be ordered from suppliers and facilitate communication to ensure timely updates on stock availability.
• Oversee the in-store samples book, ensuring it accurately reflects the available stock, and liaise with suppliers to stay informed about stock availability and potential additions to the samples.
Qualification:
• Atleast 1-2 years of UAE Experience
• Able to communicate in both Hindi and English language.
• Available in Dubai for immediate joining.
