MEP Draftsman
Qualification:
• Candidates must be residents of the UAE.
• The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in all aspects of MEP drafting, particularly in retail fit-out works and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in using Revit and AutoCAD is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare MEP shop drawings in Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Create and modify Revit families according to project specifications.
• Develop 3D designs using Revit for visualization and coordination purposes.
• Work with BIM 360/ACC to maintain BIM standards and a library of BIM objects.
• Convert IFC files from AutoCAD and import them into Revit.
• Generate NWC, NWD, PDF/DWG files from the Revit model.
• Prepare system layouts using both AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with the team, customers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve clashes using Revit/Navisworks clashes.
• Responsible for project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
