Customer Support Specialist

Qualification:

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Has a strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Holds a passion for technology and possesses a good understanding of software and computer systems.
• A developer background is a plus, but not mandatory.
