Public Relations Officer
Job Location : UAE
Job Description :
• Interacting with government agencies to facilitate obtaining the necessary permits, entry visas and other regulatory approvals
• Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance
• Entry permit to the Public Authority for Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection (submission/renewal)
• Well-versed in knowledge in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Darb, Ministry of Labor, TAMM, Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi Police, Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, DARE, Electricity and Water Authority, and Etisalat.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
• Dealing with inquiries and concerns, to ensure a positive and professional interaction
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the organization’s public image
• Organizing and coordinating events, conferences and public appearances to promote the brand and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, permits, and other relevant documents
• Preparing reports for management on public relations activities and results
• Develop and implement emergency communication plans to deal with sudden challenges
• Acting as the organization’s spokesperson in crisis situations, to ensure accurate and immediate communication
• Facilitating effective communication within the organization, to ensure that employees are informed of major developments and initiatives
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities to represent the organization and build useful relationships
