Project Manager - Civil
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• They work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is designed to meet all necessary specifications and requirements.
• Managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is completed within budget.
• They must also manage any changes to the project scope or design that may impact the budget.
• Selecting and managing contractors and vendors for the project.
• This includes negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standards.
• Identifying and managing project risks, including safety risks, financial risks, and schedule risks.
• They must develop contingency plans to address any potential issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
• Education should be BSc in Civil Engineering
• UAE Experience min. 8-10 years
• Certification in project management (Desired)
