Requirements :

• Recruitment experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, A/C, Engineering, Contracting Co.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources
• Excellent expertise in the Kuwait Labor Law
• Excellent expertise in handling SAP / Oracle, Microsoft Excel
• Ready to join immediately or with short notice period

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.
• Responsible for sourcing high caliber candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved prior to recruitment
• Develop creative sourcing techniques to expand talent pool
• Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget.
• Ensures that accurate job descriptions are in place by providing advice and assistance.
• Ensures that employee data is entered into the HR system accurately.
• Provides advice and assistance to hiring Manager on staff recruitment.
• Administers employment contracts and employee related letters as per Management requirements.
• Provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
• Conducts exit interviews for employees leaving the company and monitors smooth visa transfers or cancellations and assists in the final settlement payment.
