Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities :
• Bring better service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evaluations
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organise and supervise shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain high standards of food quality,Hygiene ,and customer satisfaction
• Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Requirements :
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to create and execute menu plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Valid Driving License
