We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Broker to join our team and help us continue to exceed client expectations.
Role Overview:
As a Financial Broker, you will be responsible for offering expert financial advice, executing trades, and managing investment portfolios for our clients. Your role involves understanding clients' financial needs, advising on investment opportunities, and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions to achieve clients' financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
• Offer expert advice on a range of financial products including stocks, bonds, commodities, and other investment vehicles. Develop tailored investment strategies to meet clients' objectives.
• Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients efficiently and accurately. Ensure timely execution and adherence to market conditions.
• Monitor and manage client investment portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations based on market trends and changes.
• Stay abreast of financial market trends, economic news, and regulatory changes. Analyze market data to provide informed investment advice.
• Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain high ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Prepare detailed reports on investment performance, market conditions, and portfolio updates. Present findings and recommendations to clients clearly and comprehensively.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Engage in marketing and networking activities to enhance business growth.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a financial broker or in a similar role within the UAE financial market.
Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
o Proficiency with financial software, trading platforms, and market analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
