Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage social media platforms, including designing and posting content.
• Create professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Design graphics and layouts using Canva.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Efficiently manage email communications using Outlook.
• Maintain a high level of organization and commitment to deadlines.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A creative and innovative mindset.
• A customer-oriented approach.
Working Hours:
Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Preference: Filipino nationality is preferred for this position.
