Position -Lab Technician ( Ready-mix )

Required for a leading Ready Mix in Oman

Education -Degree or diploma preferable in Civil Engineering

Job Details & Responsibilities-

Quality control &Assurance: Ensure the concrete being mixed meets all required quality standards. This involves conducting tests to check the strength and consistency of the concrete.
- Mix accuracy: Verify that the concrete is mixed correctly, ensuring the proper proportions of materials are used and the mix meets the specifications for each job.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all machinery and testing tools in good working condition to guarantee accurate results.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of tests, mix designs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to the concrete or the mixing process as they arise.
- Training & Guidance: Train and guide team members, share expertise, and ensure adherence to best practices in concrete mixing and testing.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their needs,
- On-Site/plant: Check the quality of concrete at both the plant and site, solving issues that occur on-site.
