Job Responsibilities :
• Manage front desk operations and greet customers warmly.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Update and maintain the company website.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
• Promote our services and products through various online channels.
• Coordinate appointments and bookings for grooming and boarding services.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in website management and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.
• Local transfer only.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Visa available for qualified candidates.
• Valid ID and work authorization in Bahrain.
