Requirements

• Hold a university degree in accounting, with no less than (15 years) of practical experience, or a specialized accounting diploma with no less than (10 years) of experience in addition to (10 years of practical experience) and hold a university degree in the same specialization.
• The ability to develop strategic plans, improve overall performance, raise the efficiency of utilizing available resources, and adopt the latest means of innovation in financial foundations.
• Enhancing the capabilities of distinguished cadres in the Ministry and training employees in their work.
• He has practical experience in completing, reviewing and approving payment certificates after auditing them,directing and providing consultations in preparing budgets, auditing payments, liquidating contracts from a financial perspective, and resolving problems of payments and pending contracts.
• Submitting an annual report to the sector head, including shortcomings in the financial sector and ways to address them.
• He has sufficient experience and ability to respond to reports and deal with regulatory bodies (Audit Bureau, financial controllers, employment affairs).
• Participation in membership of specialized committees and working groups.
• Local hiring Article 18 (transferable Visa) & visa can also be provided
