Sales Executive (Hotels)

Description :

• Develops customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
• Negotiates room rates/packages with corporate clients
• Develops and implements creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
• Prepares company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
• Works within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
• Produces accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the General Manager and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
• Answers customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

• Any Nationality
• Previous sales experience in hotel sector
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Management/Marketing or any related course
• Has strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a customer-centric approach
