Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Assistant in Doha, Qatar. The HR & Admin Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to human resources and executive administrative assistance. Additionally, the candidate will also handle administrative assistance, communication, and customer service tasks.
Qualifications:
• Human Resources (HR) skills include recruitment, personnel management, and HR processes.
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence preparation
• Administrative Assistance skills, such as record management, database management, and filing
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, complaint handling, and conflict resolution
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
