Job Details :
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• PMS-Opera knowledge
• OTA's (Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda etc.) extranet knowledge
• Proficiency in guest service duties
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
