Job Summary
AJEX is looking for a Government Business Development Manager who is responsible for developing Sales within the government sector to gain more business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of sales performance, and a deep understanding of (government, semi-government, and mega clients) logistics procurement process.
Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to manage complex projects in a timely manner. Products and services including but not limited :
Complete supply chain solutions.
Warehousing.
Land freight.
Sea and air international freight.
Customs clearance.
Bounded zones.
2PL, 3PL, 4PL.
Projects.
Specialized logistics
Aviation.
Defense.
Pharma.
Cold chain.
Exhibitions.
And other specialized logistics services.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales strategies for (Government, semi-government, and mega clients).
Preparing proposals and presentations.
Conducting market research.
Identify and analyze the competitors.
Negotiating contracts.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, leads, and decision-makers.
Covering Kingdome wide.
Tracking and analyzing sales performance.
Identifying all new opportunities in the logistics market.
Managing and developing a government sales team.
Maintain knowledge of market trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
Saudi Nationals only.
4+ years of logistics experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Efficiently manage complex projects and ensure successful solutions delivery.
Sales management experience.
Knowledge of procurement principles.
