Admin & Events Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Client Liaison: Identify client requirements and expectations for each event.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.
• Event Execution: Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Budget Management: Maintain event budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct final inspections on the day of the event and assess its overall success.
• Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, distribute mail, prepare timesheets, and perform clerical duties.
• Task Assistance: Assist management and HR departments with various tasks, including booking air tickets and making travel arrangements.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in corporate events.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
