Customer Service Associate
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping and after-sales support.
• Greet customers promptly and politely, ensuring adherence to customer service standards.
• Assist customers throughout the store or direct them to specific areas as needed.
• Determine each customer's needs and preferences.
• Offer accurate and up-to-date product information upon inquiry. If unsure, make every effort to provide an answer before the customer departs.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) machine accurately and efficiently.
• Apply upselling skills to enhance customer experience.
• Attach price tags to merchandise on display.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, restock goods when necessary, and adhere to brand guidelines for visual merchandising.
• Work towards reducing theft incidents and report any concerns to management.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Fold and arrange merchandise according to size, from smallest to largest.
• Adhere to grooming standards and maintain high attendance and punctuality rates.
• Contribute to stock control and management.
• Receive and store large deliveries, report discrepancies, and check stock levels daily.
• Unload and move stock from carriers to storage and vice versa. If out of stock, offer to put the customer's name on the wish list or contact them when stock arrives.
• Maintain a clean and organized backstock area, including staff break rooms.
• Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
