Female Pilates Instructor

- Must hold (at least one) a recognized Pilates instructor certification (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, BASI Pilates).
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in teaching Pilates.
- Experience working with various fitness levels and populations is required.
- A background in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to teach and demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively.
- Strong verbal communication skills to provide guidance and feedback.
- Skill in assessing clients’ physical abilities and tailoring programs accordingly.
- Understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics as they relate to Pilates.
- A genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance.
- Experience with both group classes and one-on-one sessions, including Pilates Mat.

Basic monthly salary range: 700 BHD + commission per training session
