Call Center Executive - Outbound Sales

Job Location : UAE

Requirements :

• A minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferably in an IT Pre-Sales/E-Commerce/Technical Sales (Calling) environment.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies, preferably Windows 7 & 10 operating systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English; Hindi & Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• College/University Degree.
• Technical certifications are an added advantage.
• Should be sales target-oriented and able to deliver the numbers as per the business targets/requirements.
• Must be multitasking and able to handle pressure.
