Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
• Provide basic information about FLYBIZ services, including company formation, legal consulting, and business counseling.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional appearance and attitude.
