Executive Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Document Controller for all Company related legal documents
• Provide administrative assistance to Top Management
• Provide general admin support to the Top Management Team including arranging of meetings, travel arrangements, follow-up/ confirm meetings, internal follows-up and communications.
• Handle correspondence, preparation of minutes of meeting
• Provide all Arabic translations for legal and nonlegal matters.
• Drafting correspondence, legal documentation, forms and contracts.
• Review and provide inputs on legal contracts wherever necessary
