Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
• Act as the primary liaison between customer support and PRO teams.
• Manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of client requests.
• Oversee smooth handover and follow-up on PRO-related services.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, acting as the main point of contact.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide management with regular updates and reports on task progress and operational challenge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree + Strong understanding of PRO services and customer support processes, especially in business setup.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
