Responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients: Washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables, and seasoning meat
Cooking: Preparing basic salads and sauces, and braising and grilling meat and vegetables
Receiving deliveries: Unpacking and organizing deliveries, and verifying that all items are received and are good quality
Inventory: Taking inventory of supplies and notifying the supervisor when stock is low
Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing work stations, and mopping up kitchen spills
Presenting: Preparing meal items to be presentable
