Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and reception area, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, job candidates, and suppliers.
Handle administrative tasks such as answering and directing calls, managing email correspondence, coordinating meeting-room schedules, and processing deliveries.
Maintain and organize filing systems, contact databases, customer lists, and inventories.
Support internal teams by taking meeting minutes and preparing reports as needed.
Assist with other office duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
