Catering / Kitchen Supervisor for Large Catering Company in Bahrain
Job Location: Bahrain
Salary: 200 BD + Food
Duty: 9 Hours
Requirements:
• Large catering company is multi-faceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and customer service.
• Oversee kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen personnel.
• Assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure staff adheres to proper food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff and ensure ongoing development of team skills.
• Ensure that the kitchen is adequately staffed at all times, including monitoring attendance and scheduling shifts.
• Food preparation oversight, inventory and stock control, health and safety compliance, quality control and presentation, event coordination.
