Key Responsibilities:
• Identify New Opportunities: Seek out new sales opportunities and customers to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations related to the hire and off-hire of equipment, ensuring seamless processes.
• Customer Engagement: Follow-up with customers regarding contract extensions and ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation for equipment to and from customer facilities.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports on on-hire and off-hire equipment status.
• Gate Pass Coordination: Work with customers to secure necessary gate passes for equipment access.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate technician arrangements for equipment breakdowns and repairs, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Certification Management: Arrange for equipment calibration and TUV certificates as required.
• Documentation Compliance: Ensure adherence to all job order documentation requirements.
• Client Readiness: Make sure equipment is ready for service before handover to clients.
• Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to any customer inquiries to maintain a high level of service.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting.
