Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Process accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts receivable function by invoicing clients, recording receipts, and following up on overdue payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
