Job Location : UAE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and end-of-service processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee daily transportation and accommodation arrangements for employees.
• Manage live-out requests, stay-in employees, and new joiners in the accommodations.
• Monitor the CCTV systems in all accommodations to ensure security and safety.
• Keep detailed records of employee transfers among all shop locations.
• Arrange and coordinate employee transfers, ensuring clear communication with respective managers.
• Communicate the deployment of new joiners to respective managers upon completion of their training.
• Arrange driver schedules for various purposes, including shop visits, Occupational Health card processing, new joiner transportation, and airport and accommodation visits.
• Track and arrange the renewal of Occupational Health cards for all employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or related roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Female candidates preferable to visit Ladies salon for the employee engagement.
