Tele Sales Agent
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
• Contacting potential customers or clients via phone to promote medical products or services.
• Providing information about products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as the latest products and services offered by the company.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the Medical Center
• Making sales pitches and closing deals over the phone.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in a system.
• Generating leads and identifying potential new customers
• Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
Requirements :
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc / BA will be a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of Tele sales practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sector as a Tele sales Agent or other sales / customer service role
