Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and handle guest inquiries and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job requirements :
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Italian fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
