Job Description: Gymnastic Club Manager
Position Overview:
Expressions Fitness Club is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Manager to lead and manage our gymnastics and kids' sports programs. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of management experience, coupled with a strong background in gymnastics and children’s sports. This individual will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring the quality of training programs, and supporting the growth and expansion of the facility, including opening new branches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including coaches, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and overall facility efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and create a positive, team-oriented environment.
2. Program Oversight & Development:
• Oversee gymnastics and kids' sports programs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to develop and enhance training programs for various levels, from beginner to competitive gymnastics.
• Introduce innovative programs and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
3. Operational Management:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee class scheduling, staff utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
4. Strategic Growth & Expansion:
• Play a key role in planning and executing the opening of new branches, including hiring and training staff, setting up operations, and implementing best practices.
• Contribute to the facility’s long-term growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
5. Financial Management:
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and work with senior management to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and offers to attract and retain clients while maintaining profitability.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to make data-driven decisions.
6. Client Relations & Community Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with clients, including parents, gymnasts, and community stakeholders.
• Address client concerns and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Foster partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance the facility’s offerings and reputation.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of management experience, preferably in sports, gymnastics, or fitnessrelated
• industries.
• Strong background in gymnastics and sports programs for children, with an understanding of training and operational requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams, resolving challenges, and driving growth.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in expanding operations or opening new branches is highly desirable.
