Responsibilities:

Answering calls: Greet callers by name, answer questions, and provide information

Transferring calls: Route calls to the correct extension or department

Taking messages: Take messages for guests and management

Providing customer service: Provide excellent customer service and handle queries in a polite and courteous manner

Maintaining switchboard: Ensure the witchboard is operating properly

Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments for guests

Providing relay service: Provide relay service for hearing-impaired guests
