Insurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Insurance Management: Handle insurance claims, policies, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain and update records of insurance contracts, client details, and claims.
• Client Support: Assist clients in understanding policies, claims, and coverage options.
• Compliance: Ensure all insurance activities comply with legal and company standards.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on insurance activities for management review.
• Coordination: Liaise with insurance providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
Skills :
• Proficiency in insurance management systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in claims processing and policy renewals.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and industry best practices.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance coordination or related roles.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
