Financial Controller
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper Inter group Adjustments
• Finalisation of books of Accounts
• Liaising with the Auditors
• Developing Policies and Internal Controls
• Allocate individual responsibility to the team
• Trouble shooting accounting issues
• Finalising Salary Computation
• Review Compliance
• Review group Investments
• Identify Investment opportunities , especially in Real Estate and Private equity
• Develop Asset Allocation and Risk Return Matrix
• Develop tactical and strategic plan
• Develop appropriate monitoring mechanism
• Develop In house research capabilities
• Structuring Investments
• Liaising with Bankers
• Cash Flow management
