Customer Service Representative – Temp

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Call Handling: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with us.
• Logistics: Log call details and update customer information in the database promptly, ensuring that all relevant data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Performance Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and service targets, working closely with your manager to achieve these goals.
• Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.

Requirements :

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center handling B2C or B2B calls.
• Visa Status: Must have a sponsored visa (Family or spouse visa).
• Verbal Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.
• Multitasking: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Call Center Systems: Familiarity with call center systems and CRM software is a plus, but not required.
